Widening the south shoulder of State Route 140, at approximately Post Mile 32.5 near City of Merced, which will give more space for vehicles turning southbound onto Gurr Road and vehicles traveling northbound on Gurr Road turning onto State Route 140. You must perform, place, construct, or install other items and details not mentioned that are required of the plans under the Standard Specifications and special provisions.
