Description:	The Department of Commerce is initiating this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit proposals from those qualified and interested in grant funding for projects that demonstrated high-wage, clean job creation in Washington, provide risk reduction for investments in public and private infrastructure in order to increase a community’s capacity for clean manufacturing, or provide investments in workforce development to attract and train the workforce required to grow the clean energy economy.
