The City of West Palm Beach is seeking bids from qualified bidders for the removal of the existing roofs: one asphaltic roofing at lower level and one metal roofing at higher level, removal of existing skylight, modification of the existing wood trust to achieve one level for the entire roof, installation of a new metal roofing (Approx. 4,000 S.F.), relocation of the existing roof mounted condensing units, provide new condensing unit and air handler including new air supply ducts to offices area, and provide all electrical work necessary to complete the services requested (as defined below and in the Construction Drawings, and General Conditions). NOTE: Materials must be asbestos free. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, incidentals, and permits required to complete the services requested herein.
