NOTICE TO BIDDERS

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

Rough Mower and Tee Mowers

Sealed bids are invited and will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, on Tuesday, April 26th at the office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, Dodge City, Kansas 67801-0880. All bids will be opened at City Hall immediately thereafter.

SCOPE; The equipment consists of: one (1) new heavy duty commercial grade roughmower and two (2) tee mowers for the Mariah Hills Golf Course.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
