Description It is the intent of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (Commission) to establish a contract to perform General Contractor Services on a Time and Material format and on “as needed” basis for minor construction, and maintenance/repair projects. Contractor shall perform renovation, rehabilitation, refurbishment, alteration, modification, restoration, replacement and repair services to the general site and buildings (interior and exterior) improvements (Industrial Dynamic Equipment excluded), as determined by the Commission. Work under this Contract shall be performed at various facilities: Office Building(s), Maintenance and Operations Depots, Water Filtration Plants, Wastewater Resource and Recovery Facilities, Water and Wastewater Pumping Stations, Dams, Laboratories, and related facilities. located in the Commissions jurisdiction, of Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland.
