The City is seeking a qualified vendor with proven Learning Management System experience, supporting large organizations, to provide the City of San Antonio support to put in place a Learning System Platform that provides the capability to create, house, track employee learning programs required/offered by all departments within COSA. Currently, the City of San Antonio utilizes the Moodie Totara System, (an open-source learning software) and contract with eThink, a software vendor which provides the User Interface Process between Moodle and the user (COSA). The desired state is to implement a single platform that can house all employee training and can be administered via system administrative specialists.
