The locations where delivery will be required are contained under delivery specifications and locations.

The City of Suffolk/Suffolk Public Schools reserves the exclusive option to renew the contract for four (4) additional twelve-month periods through July 31, 2025. The City/Public Schools may terminate the contract for cause, but the City/Public Schools will document the nature of all complaints, and the Contractor will be given the opportunity to take corrective action. Failure to take corrective actions or excessive (in the sole opinion of the City/Public Schools) complaints will result in cancellation of the contract.
