Notice of Request for Proposals

PW2024-14

Sealed bid proposals are invited and will be received by the City of Waukegan, at Public Works 1700 N. McAree Rd., Waukegan IL 60085 until May 30, 2024 at 9:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) for:

FY2025 Sidewalk Program

This will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. RFP’s will be opened at Public Works, 1700 N. McAree Rd., and Bid Proposals will be due May 30, 2024 at 9:00 am.

Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder and the words:

FY2025 Sidewalk Program

Bid Proposals shall be addressed to City of Waukegan, 1700 N. McAree Rd., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and must be received before 9:00 am on May 30, 2024.

Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
