FY 18/19 Annual Concrete Maintenance Contract

All items of work shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to perform the work. Debris and excess materials shall be properly disposed of off-site. Cost of disposal shall be included in the unit prices for the individual items of work.

All concrete work shall conform to the requirements of Section 9 "Concrete" of the Specific Provisions of the City of Healdsburg Public Works Standard Specifications and Details, the Project Plans, these Technical Specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

All work shall be poured monolithically as a single pour unless otherwise directed by the Engineer.

Payment made shall be considered full compensation for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary for doing the work complete and in place, including forming, placing, finishing and curing of the concrete together with all excavation, subgrade preparation, grading and compaction of existing aggregate base material, steel doweling, grade adjustments to utility boxes, backfilling of native soils and minor grading after removal of forms, final cleanup and all other related incidentals, and no other compensation shall be made therefore.
