Full Cost Allocation Study and User Fee Study 2022

REQUEST SUMMARY

The City of Foster City desires to undertake the preparation of a Full Cost Allocation Plan (an OMB 2 CFR Part 225 Cost Allocation Plan is desirable, as a supplemental part of the Cost Allocation Study) (collectively “Plan”) and a comprehensive review and evaluation of citywide user fees (“Fee Study”). To that end, the City is seeking to engage the services of a qualified professional firm experienced in cost recovery to prepare both reports. The services are anticipated to commence in mid-September/early October 2022 with preliminary reports from the selected consultant due by the end of January, 2023. The public hearing on the City’s Master Fee schedule occurs in April 2023 with an effective date of July 1, 2023.
