This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted. The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
For construction of Superpave Warm Mix asphalt as well as improvements to drainage, traffic signals, pavement markings and signing and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 0322, SECTION R01, in VENANGO COUNTY, CITY of FRANKLIN from approximately 390 feet south/east of the intersection with PA 417 at segment 0260 Offset 0390 to approximately the intersection with Howard Street at Segment 0270 Offset 0421.
