Food Services, Self-Checkout Micro Market and Vending Operations

Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for Food Services, Self-Checkout Micro Market and Vending Operations (Bid#2 FY2021). Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after October 6, 2021 through PennBid . Registration is free.

A Mandatory Vendor Walkthrough will be held on October 15, 2021 at 10 a.m. Please RSVP in advance to purchasing@mc3.edu .

Questions will be accepted through PennBid until 3 p.m. on October 21, 2021. Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid by 3 p.m. EST on November 10, 2021.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will be considered in the evaluation process.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
