Additional Description The CAA is seeking qualified individuals, partners, corporations, joint ventures or other third-party developers to develop, operate, maintain and manage a new in-terminal food and beverage concession at Groton-New London Airport in Groton, CT in accordance with federal, state, and CAA guidelines. CAA will offer limited non-mandatory site visits of the available space on May 28 and 29, 2020. Interested parties must preregister by e-mailing procurement@ctairports.org no later than 11:00 a.m., May 26, 2020 to receive a time slot for their tour. Site tours will be limited to two (2) representatives from each firm and will last no longer than ½ hour. All individuals attending the site tour must wear a face covering and gloves. The CAA reserves the right to refuse entry to any individuals that do not adhere to these requirements. Firms that show up more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to participate in the site tour. Attendees shall wait in the lobby of the terminal building at Groton-New London Airport; 155 Tower Avenue; Groton, CT,

FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSION DEVELOPMENT
GROTON-NEW LONDON AIRPORT
The CAA is seeking qualified individuals, partners, corporations, joint ventures or other third-
party developers to develop, operate, maintain and manage a new in-terminal food and
beverage concession at Groton-New London Airport in Groton, CT in accordance with federal,
state, and CAA guidelines.
Proposals will be received by submitting them electronically (only) through
https://ctairports.procureware.com. The CAA will not accept proposals in any other manner.
Firms must be registered to access the Request for Interest in its entirety and to submit a
proposal.
Proposals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. June 10, 2020 Eastern time. Proposals must be
uploaded to https://ctairports.procureware.com. The official time is the procureware time
indicator. No proposals will be able to be posted after the time noted above. Proposals will
not be publicly displayed. Questions concerning this RFI are due no later than 1:00 p.m.,
June 3, 2020 Eastern time.

In addition, the CAA will conduct a non-mandatory pre-proposal webinar. Information
pertaining to this webinar will be provided via addendum at a later date. It is strongly
recommended that interested parties attend the pre-proposal webinar. The CAA will not
schedule site visits after the dates noted above.
All respondents, including any and all persons acting on their behalf, are strictly prohibited
from contacting any employee of the CAA, Board official or Consultant, on or regarding any
matter relating to this RFI from the time the RFI is issued until award, other than the CAA’s
Purchasing Agent via e-mail only at procurement@ctairports.org.
The CAA reserves the right to disqualify any Respondent who contacts any employee of the
CAA, Board official or Consultant, other than the Purchasing Agent, concerning this RFI.
