The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Animal Health & Diagnostics is seeking bids for firefighting foam concentrate for use in High Path Avian Influenza depopulation activities.

*Price quote per drum should include shipping.
*Shipping address will be provided at the time of order to a location in Pennsylvania.
*This resulting contract will be a stand-by purchase order. The resulting purchase order will be good for one year and have four one year renewals.
*Vendor will ship only when requested and then only the amount that the agency requests for each shipment. Minimum order will be 4 drums.
