Responses to Questions about the Procurement
1. Regarding timing, when could we expect to begin scheduling physicals and medical
examinations?
Response: As soon as a contract is awarded.
2. How many physicals per month could we expect and are there months or periods where
we’d expect higher volumes and what would higher volumes look like?
Response: The department wants to have all physicals done within the first few months of
having a fully executed agreement. We have approximately 250 volunteers that would
require a physical.
3. Regarding OSHA Respirator Questionnaires, would the contractor also be performing the
respirator fit test as well? Please describe what is required.
Response: The department will be responsible for the respirator fit test.
1
4. Please provide more information regarding Respiratory/Pulmonary Function Test, what is
required ie. spirometry or full PFT? Please describe.
Response: The spirometry test is all that is required.
Please add this Addendum #1 to the original Proposal documents and refer to Proposal documents,
hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract
documents and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their
original interpretation and remain in full force and effect. Offerors are reminded that any questions
or need for clarification must be addressed to Coralie Whitmore, Senior Procurement Specialist at
