| Project Description: | Installation of Onyx Notifier smoke detection system- devices and panels, and a Fire Sprinkler Suppression System linked to same panels with complete notification systems and devices. Permit application and fees to the County of Marin, AHJ Fire District, MMWD, and as needed Town of Fairfax along with coordination and installation of 6” water service as directed by Marin Municipal Water District for connection to their water service for the fire suppression system shall be included in the project. Contractor excavates and provides road and landscape repairs at all opened areas for the new system. MMWD provides wet tap connection to their underground pipes. Contractor pays for and installs all other materials needed for the system. |
