NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Dodge City is soliciting proposals for lighting upgrades/retrofit in the Arena at United Wireless Event Center located at 4100 W. Comanche St. All labor, parts, tools, software, and equipment will be provided by the vendor. Needs include direct replacement/retrofit of existing Microlite cans/panels and one day of onsite training.

Sealed proposals for the lighting upgrades/retrofit will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 2:00 p.m March 4 ^th at 2:00 p.m.

Bid sheets, specifications and other pertinent information may be obtained by contacting Ryan Reid, Director of Administration, 806 Second Ave, Dodge City KS, 67801 or by calling 620-225-8100. Bids must be good for at least thirty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City
