Bid Synopsis: The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Training.

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) Division of Family and Economic Security (DFES) employs over 100 professional staff who are responsible for administration of the state’s child support program, employment programs for low-income individuals and parents, including refugees, and other human service programs that provide support to Wisconsin’s most vulnerable children and families.

Our mission is to strengthen communities by delivering high quality child support, employment, and social programs through dedicated and compassionate staff and partners. DFES is seeking an organization to provide equity, diversity, and inclusion training, consulting, facilitating, advising, coaching, and technical assistance services to further the work of DFES’s commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into programs, policies, and ways of working. The organization will complement and extend the work of the DFES’s Equity and Inclusion Advisory Panel (EIAP). The EIAP’s purpose has been to support DFES in becoming an accountable partner to our stakeholders, to those we serve, and to each other to eliminate institutionalized racism and other forms of oppression.

The State as represented by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) intends to use the results of this RFB to award a contract for DCF Investigative Services
