Proposals will be accepted via digital format by email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered as per the bid specifications. Responses received after the required due date and time will not be considered for award.
The City reserves the right to waive informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal(s) that in its judgment, is in its best interest.
