The Empire Technology Prize (ETP) is a Corporate Challenge and Prize program that will attract low carbon retrofit solution providers from across the globe to New York. NYSERDA seeks an experienced Program Administrator to co-develop and manage this new initiative. Eligible proposers should have experience running multiple cycles of corporate challenge or accelerator programs in collaboration with private sector actors and experience fundraising from corporate and strategic partners.
NYSERDA will work closely with the selected Program Administrator to develop the scope of the program and an execution plan. The Program Administrator will be responsible for managing operations, program, and outcome-driven milestones, including convening strategic partners, recruiting and selecting solution providers, providing training and support to selected program participants, fundraising from corporate partners, and awarding prizes. Up to $9,500,000 of NYSERDA funding is available for this program through 2024, including at least $7,800,000 designated for award funding and up to $1,700,000 for program management. Applications will be accepted through November 17, 2021. NYSERDA expects to award this contract in 2021, with the goal of starting program planning with an awardee immediately. |
