The City of Myrtle Beach intends to establish one or more term contracts for emergency management resources to be ordered and delivered either in advance or during a natural or man-made disaster situation. Contractors will be required to prioritize requests from the City in these emergency conditions. Categories of resources include catering, shelter, power tools, traffic control devices, communications equipment, skilled trade labor, and animal control services.
Pre-proposal meeting on 3/30/23 at 10:00AM (local time) at the Emergency Ops Center/Fire Station #4, 1170 Howard Ave, Myrtle Beach, SC. Remote attendance is available; refer to page 23 of the proposal packet for connection information.
