Description

The Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, Department or GDOT) is conducting this electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ) under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road, as defined in O.C.G.A § 32-1-3, as provided for in O.C.G.A § 32-2-64 and § 32-2-69 to establish a contract with a qualified contractor(s) who will provide Emergency Debris Removal and Disposal Services as further described in this eRFQ. PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE: To be eligible to submit a response to this eRFQ, the Bidder must have been identified as a qualified Contractor as a result of eRFQC No. 48400-DOT0001992 titled Emergency Debris Removal and Disposal Services The scope of work will include the maintenance, operations, survival, quality, and condition of all Areas and their associated components, unless specifically excluded. The services consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, means of transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform Emergency Debris Removal and Disposal Services. The Contractor shall be fully and totally responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all work performed under the contract and shall save the State harmless and shall be fully liable for any additional costs and all claims against the State which may arise due to errors, omissions and negligence of the Contractor or its subcontractors in performing the work.
