Elsevier Scopus - Library Subscription
Project Description: CUNY School of Medicine has identified the need to purchase the following product:

  1. Electronic access to Scopus, Elsevier's abstract and indexing database. Scopus contains references from over 5,000 publishers. Scopus indexes over 24,000 journals in a variety of fields. Ina addition to bibliographic records it also indexes citations of scholarly works. Scopus contains unique analytical tools that complement these functionalities and an open API to facilitate applications.
  2. Electronic purchase access to full text Elsevier eBook series through the Science Direct platform. Science Direct is both a search tool for Elsevier content and a place to view and work with the Elsevier content.

Vendors who are authorized to resell licenses and access to all of the products listed above must provide a letter from the publisher of each product that verifies their authority to license these products to the designated contact listed below by the date listed below.

No subcontracting is allowed.

The Procurement Lobbying Law (PLL) Applies to this Solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad.

Compliance Procurement Lobbying Law Required Forms:

Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if they are selected.

1.“Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)”.

2.“Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law 139-j and §139-k”
