Elliott State Forest Modeling and Valuation

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Elliot State Forest modeling, inventory and modeling from Mason, Bruce & Girard as a sole source because the contractor is the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support research and/or business needs of the university. The contractor has developed previous modeling on the Elliot State Forest taking into consideration specific research needs of OSU. Future valuation and financial planning due by July 1, 2023 must be based on this modeling . An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by December 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM, PT.
