This event is the release of the Electronic Vendor Application of Qualifications (eVAQ) #19-001, 9/17/2019 revision. The purpose of the eVAQ is to develop a pool of pre-qualified vendors able to provide bids for the California Department of Technology (CDT). The eVAQ is not a contract, but is a mandatory first step in the bidding process to establish various CDT contracts like CALNET, STP statewides, etc.
