All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Tanya Torres, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, April 14th, 2023.

A FS organized Pre-proposal conference will be held, see Section L.4 of the solicitation for details. The project location is open to the public and can be visited by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
