City of Show Low Project No. R-3122

The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the East Owens Roadway Extension, City of Show Low Project No. R-3122. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to constructing an 850 foot 2-lane roadway extension with a 3” asphalt over 8” aggregate base section, 1600 LF of new curb, 5000 square feet of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, driveways, and new drainage infrastructure to facilitate the new roadway extension improvement. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place along East Owens from South Central Avenue to 2 ^nd Street in Show Low Arizona.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Tuesday January 24 ^th , 2023, at 2:00 P.M., with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday January 5 ^th , 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the City Hall, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Contract Documents and Bid Instructions may be obtained from the City Hall Administrative Assistant at $20.00 per set, non-refundable. Interested parties should contact the City Hall Administrative Assistant, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 (928) 532-4000.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked:
