The City is soliciting bids for the project known as the 2024 E. Market Street Resurfacing Project.
Sealed bids for the mill and resurface of E. Market Street (from N. Detroit Street to N. Columbus Street) with full depth repairs where necessary, sidewalk and curb repair shall be received in the City Clerk's Office, 107 E. Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 until Friday, March 1, 2024 at 1:45 p.m.

Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the contract. For work types that ODOT does not pre-qualify, the City must still select a qualified contractor. Subcontractors are not subject to the pre-qualification requirement. The prime contractor must perform no less than 30% of the total original contract price.
