E-LOI #23-018 - Construction Apprenticeship for Adult Offenders

The County of Fresno, Probation Department (County) may be requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a construction apprenticeship program for adult offenders specifically designed to increase job sustainability for offenders. The purpose of this solicitation will be to include a pre-apprenticeship program that prepares participants to become apprentices in a wide range of construction trades. The program shall include evidenced based behavior modification techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, in their curriculum to assist participants with changing their thought processes and improving decision-making skills.
