APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This is a sole source, non-commercial, supply effort. This acquisition supports the Operational Flight Program (OFP) development on the C-130J program. The mission is to continually advance the aircraft capability by ensuring governing OFPs stay current with real world capabilities, improvements, and countermeasures.
The required hardware are DVI/TAXI video conversion circuit card assemblies (CCA). These will allow the generation and consumption of the TAXI video protocol, as it is implemented on the C-130J airframe, using modern, industry standard computing equipment. This will significantly aid in the development of graphic overlays that are fed to mission displays by the OFP.
