This project includes the development of stormwater infrastructure for a bioretention area for the neighboring property and connecting drainage pipes to improve both the quality of storm water effluent and slow the rate of discharge. The project also includes pedestrian improvements, curb gutter and sidewalk, asphalt trail and other features as shown in the Specifications, Special Provisions, Project Plans, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the City Engineer.
