NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Generator

for

Dodge City Regional Airport

Sealed bids are invited and will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, on Thursday, October 6 ^th , 2022 at the office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, Dodge City, Kansas 67801-0880. All bids will be opened at City Hall immediately thereafter.

SCOPE; The City of Dodge City is soliciting bids for a generator to replace the current one at the Dodge City Airport. Bidders are required to disconnect the existing generator and provide, configure, and install the new one. The new unit will be outside. Natural gas connections are preferred over diesel.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
