OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contracts with document-review firms to perform managed reviews of litigation matters for the Civil Litigation Division (CLD), Consumer Protection and Advocacy Section (CPA) on an “as needed, if needed” basis. Upon retention, Contractors will assist the AGO on an hourly fee basis per the terms set forth in the RFP. It is understood that this contract, due to the complexity of legal matters, is not intended to be a mandatory contract. Certain matters may be contracted outside this contract based upon the specific need.
