This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-24-Q-0266. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. NAICS Code 541430 Graphic Design Services is applicable and business size is $9.0. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 12 August 2024 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.

Requirements

This requirement is for contractor to provide dining facility an indoor digital menu board system and all necessary equipment identified at Naval Base San Diego. The requirement is for the contractor to provide materials, labor, supervision, installation and delivery of a digital menu board system for Mercer Hall Dining Area located at NBSD. Contractors will provide six (6) 55' monitor, to include installation and material needed, software program, and two (2) indoor menu board system in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
Delivery address: Naval Base San Diego (NBSD), CA. These locations are listed in SOW SEC 6.0.
Inspection and acceptance: At Destination by the Government.
Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
