Description:

The City desires to improve roadway conditions to improve capacity and allow citizens to safely walk/bike to schools and bus stops. The improvements sought include, but are not limited to, a complete corridor survey, cost-benefit analysis report, traffic study as necessary, roadway improvements, bike lanes, pedestrian traffic signals, sidewalk repairs, and sidewalk harmonization. It is the intent of the City to hire an FDOT pre-qualified consultant who can provide project management, preliminary design, environmental documentation, permitting assistance, and final design services.

Responses must be submitted electronically through DemandStar by 1:00 on July 8, 2024. Proposals submitted after that time will be rejected. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately after the submission deadline utilizing Zoom meeting.
