The scope of work is a general guide to the work the City expects to be performed by the Consultant and is not a complete listing of all services that may be required or desired. The general services include designing, permitting, bidding assistance and providing construction phase services associated with identified improvements to be made to P,J. Meli Aquatic Complex. Electronic proposals must be submitted to DemandStar by 1:00 PM on July 18, 2024. Proposals will be publicly opened that same day, immediately after the submission deadline.
