The purpose and intent of this RFQ is to solicit Statements of Qualifications from licensed General Contractors to provide Design Build (DB) services for the Coconino District Jail District Intake Remodel and Medical Unit Expansion Project at the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office located at 911 E. Sawmill Road, Flagstaff, AZ 86001.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Sheriff’s Office located at 911 E. Sawmill Rd, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. and via Teams. The purpose of this meeting will be to clarify the contents of this RFQ and provide an opportunity for questions regarding the RFQ on the project. A walk-through of the building and construction site will be conducted along with the meeting.
