Agency needs a bid to upgrade from Office 2019 standalone to Microsoft 365, as well as migrating from Exchange 2013 on-premise to hosted exchange with Microsoft 365. Current environment includes Windows 2022 Active Directory, and hosted exchange will need to integrate with that for security. Agency currently uses Bitdefender Gravityzone Business Security Premium for antivirus and Exchange protection, which will need to be configured for Microsoft 365 changes.

Microsoft 365:
Agency needs a bid to upgrade from Office 2019 standalone to Microsoft 365, as well as migrating from Exchange 2013 on-premise to hosted exchange with Microsoft 365.

Current environment includes Windows 2022 Active Directory, and hosted exchange will need to integrate with that for security. Agency currently uses Bitdefender Gravityzone Business Security Premium for antivirus and Exchange protection, which will need to be configured for Microsoft 365 changes.

Agency will need to have full control over user management and administration once migration is complete.

Bid needs to include a detailed project scope, which should include preparation and planning, user onboarding, post-migration support, project timeframes, and other detailed aspects. Existing Exchange 2013 server will need to be decommissioned from Active Directory, but not physically removed from location.

Bid needs to include all Microsoft 365 software and licensing applicable to the project.
