where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the above location and must be received at such time.

Scope of work is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for construction of two Panera cafes within Nappi and Golisano Hospitals. Our scope of work includes demolition, preparation of designated areas, installation of infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), delivery and installation of kitchen equipment, and food service counters, according to approved plans. We will ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and health standards while minimizing disruption to hospital operations. The intent of the project is to start both aeras (Nappi and Golisano) and finish them within the 180 days simultaneously to be open and functional at the same time.

All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.00, made payable to SUNY Upstate Medical University , is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk-throughs will be provided.

Bids must be submitted in triplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
