QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE AND THE SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS: Submit questions in writing via the “Discussion Forum” tab in APP. Per page one of the RFQ document, questions must be submitted in writing via the “Discussion Forum” tab in APP. Questions and inquiries emailed directly to the Procurement Officer will not receive a response.

Include ALL required documents with bid submission.

SECOND SITE VISIT : Site Visit is scheduled at 10:00 A.M. (AZ TIME), November 30, 2021 ,161 st Air Wing, 3200 East Old Tower Road, Bldg. 6, Phoenix, Arizona, 85034 Please contact Brian Alexander @ (602) 302-9294 email brian.e.alexander10.nfg@us.af.mil to confirm attendance and meeting location. All potential Offerors are highly encouraged to attend.

Onsite attendance is for all potential Offerors. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend. The purpose of this inspection is for the visual evaluation of the required bid ask and familiarization with the facilities prior to submitting a bid. All potential bidders are encouraged to attend. No other site visits will be allowed or authorized.

All personnel entering the base must be processed through the security gate for access approval. You will need to bring your Driver’s License and proof of insurance on the vehicle.

EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK OR FACE COVERING THAT COVERS MOUTH AND NOSE WHILE ON THE INSTALLATION

Bid Due Date shall be CHANGED from November 19, 2021, 3:00 PM (AZ Time) to December 10 , 2021, 3:00 PM (AZ Time)

Please be advised, if your company already submitted a bid and attachments in a previous round of the above listed solicitation, the bid MUST be resubmitted in the current round to have your company considered in the bidding process of this project.
