D81463 Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services to Manage Progressive Design Build Services for State of Good Repair Work

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: D81463 The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage a consultant organization (the “PMC”) to provide project management, preliminary design review, risk assessment, cost analysis and verification, construction management and design compliance services (along with all other management and professional services required pursuant to this Technical Scope of Services and performed by the PMC, collectively, the “PMC Services”) with respect to Contract No. A37369 (Progressive Design-Build Services for State of Good Repair Work at Various Stations in the Borough of Manhattan and Brooklyn) (the “Design-Build Contract”). References to MTA in this Technical Scope of Services shall be interpreted broadly to include MTA and any of its subsidiary or operating agencies.
