• Texas Global, located in 2400 Nueces (N24), is being renovated to accommodate their mission, which is to advance UT Austin’s academics by leading, supporting, and coordinating the university’s international engagement efforts. Renovations will include demolition, new interior construction, hazardous materials remediation, interior modifications, MEP modifications, FFE and AV infrastructure and ITS infrastructure. All work contained to first floor only.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $2,000,000.00 to $2,500,000.00.
