23CSP006 MSH BRK Phase 13 HVAC & Building Improvements

The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows:

• 4 buildings, 5 units each, totaling 20 units need HVAC, plumbing, interior painting (walls & ceilings), lights, and kitchen casework. The work is to include replacing existing water supply valve per each building, switching to electric heat pump system, replacing windows and touch up paint at those locations, considering water heater switch out (instantaneous water heater should be considered), changing hood exhausts to ductless hoods and cap exhaust ducts, and installing new solid surface counter tops. Wood plank flooring is to remain.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $2,315,000.00 to $2,569,665.00.
