| Project Description: | The Base Bid Project improvements will include construction of a new storm water pump station, and a new concrete vehicular maintenance access ramp up to the existing concrete channel wall of Corte Madera Creek within a residential neighborhood of Kentfield. The work will take place within an easement area upon College of Marin property, and on District owned land. One of two bid alternates may be awarded either to connect the newly constructed access ramp to the existing concrete channel walls, or to backfill and stabilize the existing concrete channel wall if USACE permits are not received within the 2022 construction season. |
