Construction Services of Solid Waste Transfer Facility

Bidders shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE [IN PERSON]

A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted in person and virtually , beginning at 3:00 PM CD T on January 19, 2023 . This meeting is not mandatory. Any questions and answers addressed during the conference meeting will be issued in an addendum and posted on the City website.
