Construction of the CDD Cell A2 Liner System and Infrastructure Improvements - Commercial Entrance

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the CDD Cell A2 Liner System and Infrastructure Improvements-Commercial Entrance project (Project) at the landfill. The landfill is located at Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF) 21101 Evergreen Mills Road Leesburg, Virginia 20175. The Project consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and any/all incidental services necessary for the construction of the CDD Cell A2 Liner System and Infrastructure Improvements-Commercial Entrance. A summary of the work is provided in Attachment 4, Specification Section 01010 – Summary of Work and Responsibilities.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually using GoToMeeting software on November 3, 2022, at 10 a.m. for clarification of any questions on the drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
