Construction Management Services Behavioral Health Building

Racine County is accepting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services to assist and support the design, bidding, and construction of a new Racine County Behavioral Health Building to be located at 1720 Taylor Avenue in the City of Racine.

Informational Pre-Bid meeting will be held Tuesday January 23, 2024, at 10:00 am. This meeting will be held in the auditorium of the Ives Grove Complex located at 14200 Washington Avenue Sturtevant WI 53177.

Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Racine County Purchasing Manager, Racine County Courthouse, 4th Floor, 730 Wisconsin Avenue, Racine, WI 53403 until 10:00 a.m., CST, Thursday, February 15, 2024. Immediately thereafter, all bids shall be publicly opened and only vendor names will be read aloud. All bids shall be in accordance with specifications on file in this office. RACINE COUNTY through its duly authorized representatives, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive all technicalities, and choose the offer deemed most advantageous to Racine County.
