Description:

The Portage County Highway Department (OWNER) is accepting sealed bids for culvert replacements

construction project which includes three locations: Location 1: Bluebird Road, Town of Carson; Location

2: Mayflower Road, Town of Eau Pleine; Location 3: Eckels Road, Town of Buena Vista. Contract

completion time for Location 1 is 15 working days with no in-stream activities between Match 1st to

June 15th. Contract completion time for Location 2 is 20 working days with no in-stream activities

between Match 1st to June 15th. Contract completion time for Location 3 is 15 working days with no instream

activities September 15th to May 15th. Items of work consists of clearing, grubbing, removing old

structure or culverts, excavation common, base aggregate dense, heavy riprap, permanent signing. All

material and work performed shall be in accordance with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation

Standard Specifications and the Project’s Special Provisions.
