Construct Admin Facility, ATF, Ft Bragg, Cumberland County, NC
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to construct an 80-foot by 50-foot (approx. 4000 SF) pre-engineered metal building with a 15-foot eave height. Building perimeter shall be constructed in accordance with ICD/ICS 705 standards. The interior of the building shall be insulated and furred out with studs and gypsum wall boards. Eight (8) personnel are anticipated to occupy the building full time. Spaces within the building are anticipated to include ICD/ICS 705 compliant VTC Conference Room, four (4) offices, one (1) print/copy room, two (2) storage rooms to accommodate wall shelving, male and female latrines, break room with sink and refrigerator, janitor closet and mechanical, electrical and telecomm rooms. Work will include site work for a concrete apron and sidewalks, a gravel access road, storm drainage and possible culvert, water, sewage and electrical services.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $36,500,000.00. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about July 30, 2019. The proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.
This solicitation will be offered as a 100% set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone.
