The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:
SCOPE: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and all incidentals for ADA improvements to the City Hall Annex Building, 126 Harvey Street. Punta Gorda, FL 33950.
State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Certified Building Contractor (CBC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or Registered Building Contractor (RB) are required to perform services for this project.
Solicitation Package Protest deadline: July 27, 2020 at 3:00 PM ET
NON-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference and Site Visit: August 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM ET at Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce, 252 W. Marion Ave, Punta Gorda, FL 33950
Site Visit Schedule: Bidder may or must attend at least one of the scheduled site visits. The City will not conduct visits outside of this schedule): Aug 4, 2002 (immediately following the pre-submittal conference) and Aug 7, 2020 at 11:00 am ET.
Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: August 17, 2020 at 3:00 PM ET
Submittal due date and time: August 21, 2020 at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.

All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact. Bidders who obtain Solicitation Packages from sources other than www.pgorda.com shall officially register receipt of the solicitation with the City’s Procurement Division through the website by viewing the On-Line Solicitation AND accept receipt of each document attached to the solicitation. This will place the Bidder on the notification list for any forthcoming addendum or other official communications. Failure to register as a prospective Bidder and/or accept receipt of each document may cause your Submittal Package to be rejected as non-responsive if you have submitted a Submittal Package without City issued forms and/or acknowledgment of issued addenda and/or meet the Solicitation Package requirements as provided by the City.
